Girls Winter Soiree Event

Saturday November 12th from 4-7pm is the Girls Winter Soiree Event at the Emerald Square Mall. I'll be demonstrating Zumba moves along with some Zumba friends and we'll also be dancing. Come on by to learn moves and support! I'll also have skirts for sale!

Tuesday November 1st

Let's work off the Halloween candy from last night at tonight's Zumba class at the German Hall from 6-7pm. Come to have fun, work out, make friends, and leave your stress at the door. Zumbaaaaa!!

German Hall Class Tuesday October 25th

Tonight's class I'll be celebrating Halloween! There will be door prizes at the end of class. Also we are going to jam to the Monster Mash. Hope you all have a spooktacular and safe Halloween.

Tuesday Night Zumba

Tonight there's Zumba at the German Hall in Pawtucket, RI from 6-7pm. Don't let this rain get you down come to class to have fun and shake that booty. I got more skirts in for $7.00! See you tonight!

Irene

Irene came and left us with no power so tonight's Mansfield class has been canceled. She has spared the German Hall so there will be class Tuesday from 6-7pm located at 78 Carter Ave Pawtucket, RI. It's going to be a blast especially for anyone living without electricity!  The AC will be on, music bumping, hot water (Ha!!), and laughter. Hope to see you tomorrow night and stay safe!

Tuesday Night Zumba

Tonight I'll be at the German Hall located at 78 Carter Ave Pawtucket, RI from 6-7pm. The AC will be on but I'll still make you sweat with all that booty shaking! First time is free then just $5.00. Also come 10 times and your 11th class is free! There's been great energy at class, everyone has been catching on to the moves and dances very quickly. Let's keep this up!!

No Class Monday Night

The VFW is under construction and they are a week over the date. So with such a short notice I'll have to cancel class Monday August 22nd. Sorry guys!! We'll be ready to start back up there the following Monday August 29th and hope to see you there. Enjoy the night off!

Monday Night Zumba *Temporary Location*

We are relocating tomorrow nights Zumba class in Mansfield to the Congregational Church of Mansfield located at 17 West Str Mansfield, MA. Same time 6-7pm! This will be tomorrow the 8th and the 15th while the VFW gets remodeled. Hope to see you there and please let anyone know that was coming!

Solution To Tuesday Nights Zumba Class *Read Below*

I just talked to Kelley of Zumba Bumba, I've been with her since I started taking Zumba and still go to her. She's amazing!! She has offered anyone that was coming to my class at the German Hall to come to Francis Farm for Zumba. I will be teaching it along with Kelley. It's still free to first timers and $5.00 for those who have been coming to my Zumba class. Francis Farm is located at 27 Francis Farm Road Rehoboth, Ma. and the class will be from 7-8pm. I know this might be a bit far for some of you but this is just one time until we can start next week the 9th in Pawtucket. Also we are starting at 7pm so that gives everyone time to get there. Hope to see you there. It's a great space and we will be bringing it!!

Tuesday Night Zumba Class At The German Hall Is Cancelled

I just found out that there was a mix up at the German Hall with my Zumba class and have to cancel tomorrow nights class. I'm really sorry about this and very upset but we'll have to start next Tuesday the 9th. If you could let any one know that you have told I would really appreciate it! Sorry!!!

Monday Night Zumba

Monday night August 8th is Zumba Fitness with Beth and Suzy. Located at the Mansfield VFW 88 Chilson Str Mansfield, Ma. from 6-7pm. First timers pay zero then it's just $5.00 a class. The AC is pumping and the hips will be shaking so come and join us every Monday night!

Tuesday Night Zumba *New Class*

Starting Tuesday August 2nd from 6-7pm, I will be teaching a Zumba fitness class at the German Hall located at 78 Carter Ave in Pawtucket, RI. $5.00 a class!! Your first time with Zumba is FREE! If you're new bring water and a towel. Wear loose comfortable workout clothes with athletic shoes. It's going to be an exciting class so I hope to see you there and please spread the word. Thanks!

Mansfield Zumba

Every Monday night from 6-7pm is Zumba fitness at the VFW in Mansfield. We got the AC kicking and the music pumping. Classes are only $5.00 and the first one is free. Contact me with any questions!

6 Week 50/50 Zumba Class In Attleboro

Tuesday nights is a 6 week 50/50 Zumba class at the Moose Cabin Resturant located at 220 O'Neil Blvd in Attleboro, Ma. from 5:45-6:45. Kelley Brophy of Zumba Bumba and I will be teaching this class that's half Zumba fitness and half Zumba toning. Hope to see you there!!!

Hello, I'm Beth a certified instructor of Zumba Fitness. I'm starting this blog to get my classes out there to the people who want to change their life. I said it up top in the intro it's fun, easy, and you're going to love it. To the left is my class schedule. The right has a short list of what to bring to my class and a little bit about me. I want to thank in my first blog Ruth Armstrong a friend of mine who got me into Zumba. Kelley Brophy and Eric Leone of Zumba Bumba. They are my very talented mentors and instructors that gave me the confidence and support to be an instructor. Suzy Steeb my assistant and dance partner on Monday nights. Last but not least my Zumba family who have also been very supportive and wonderful. I love you all!!
